These programs are geared toward travelers seeking deeper immersion: extended stays, farm volunteer projects, and creative residencies. Ideal for gap-year students, remote-workers, slow travelers, work-exchange volunteers, and artists-in-residence.

Farm Volunteer
Experience a homestay for 1 week helping in the fields and learning traditional agricultural methods.
Countryside Immersion
3 week stay at one of our guesthouses, participating in local events, able to work remotely, and practice learning Japanese
Artist Residency
1-month kominka stay to work on a creative project and share workshops with locals.
