Service Description
Choosing an Omakase Program (+$500 per group) means our team will create a fully curated surprise itinerary with special experiences. Your full itinerary will be provided once your application is confirmed.






Cancellation Policy
To secure your Kirameki program and begin our specialized coordination, the following schedule applies: Non-Refundable Program Deposit: Required for all coordination, reservations, and itinerary refinement. Includes one consultation call upon request. → Groups <3: ¥40,000 → Groups 3+: 30% of total Program Price Full Program Balance: Once ready, we will issue a final invoice for the remaining balance. → Due Date: Within 14 days of invoice receipt, and no later than 30 days prior to your program start date. Late Bookings: For any approved programs booked within 30 days of the start date, full payment is required immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Alternative payment schedules may be available upon request. Please inquire early. Should you need to cancel, the following refund schedule applies to the Program Balance (Total cost excluding the non-refundable deposit): Within 24 hours of final payment: 100% refund (Note: This grace period does not apply to payments made within 14 days of start date). 30+ days before start date: 75% refund. 15–30 days before start date: 50% refund. 3–14 days before start date: 25% refund. Less than 48 hours before start date: No refund. If travel becomes impossible due to natural disasters, war, unrest, or mandatory quarantine, you may be eligible for a full refund subject to verification. Post-Arrival Terms No refunds once the program has started. Re-coordination Fee: A ¥5,000 fee applies if you depart early or request itinerary changes after arrival. Cancellations by Kirameki: If dates become unavailable due to our side, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
